About

Immunoglobulin gamma, IgG, mouse monoclonal H&L chain clones or rabbit, goat polyclonal antibodies have 4 parts. There are 2 heavy chains, 2 light chains. The IgG antibody has 2 antigen binding sites. They represent 70% or more of serum antibodies. This antibody can be antigen purified or protein A or G purified. For storage sodium azide is added or you can call us to request azide free antibody preparations. These will need colder storage temperatures.

Tips

Due to transportation and handling small amounts of the liquid components of the Homo sapiens mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) antibody (IgG) ELISA kit can get caught on the walls or lid of the vial. Prior to use be sure to briefly centrifuge all vials to ensure that all of the content is on the bottom. Do not freeze the kit, as this might denaturate the standards and the peptide chains of the antibodies used for the production if the ELISA kit. Substrate A and Substrate B are light sensitive, therefore you should protect the kits from direct light. When using the vials of Substrates A and B you may cover them in aluminium foil to protect them from light influences.

Properties

If you buy Antibodies supplied by SAB ELISA KIT they should be stored frozen at - 24°C for long term storage and for short term at + 5°C.E05 478 566 350 170 or Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assays,E05 478 566 350 170 or Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assays,Human proteins, cDNA and human recombinants are used in human reactive ELISA kits and to produce anti-human mono and polyclonal antibodies. Modern humans (Homo sapiens, primarily ssp. Homo sapiens sapiens). Depending on the epitopes used human ELISA kits can be cross reactive to many other species. Mainly analyzed are human serum, plasma, urine, saliva, human cell culture supernatants and biological samples.

Summary of the prodecure

1. Prepare the reagents and samples according to the manual; 2. Leave one well empy; 3. Place 50ul of standard or sample in each well; 4. Add 50ul of the antibody to each well except the Blank (empty); 5 Allow 60 minutes for incubation at 37 degrees celsius; 6. Wash the wells 5 times; 7. Add 100ul of the conjugate to each well but the Blank one; 8. Allow 30 more minutes for incubation at 37C; 9. Wash 5 more times; 10. Add 50ul of both Substrate A and Substrate B in each well (incl. the Blank) and incubate for 15 minutes; 11. Put 50 ul of Stop Solution in all wells (incl. the Blank) and read the results within maximum 10 minutes; Notes: *Samples might require dilution, follow the sample dilution instructions of the manual. **During the last incubation with Substrates A and B the setting should be protected from any light.

Gene

Mycoplasma is a genus of bacteria that lack a cell wall around their cell membrane. Without a cell wall, they are unaffected by many common antibiotics such as penicillin or other beta-lactam antibiotics that target cell wall synthesis. They can be parasitic or saprotrophic. Several species are pathogenic in humans, including M. pneumoniae, which is an important cause of atypical pneumonia and other respiratory disorders, and M. genitalium, which is believed to be involved in pelvic inflammatory diseases. Mycoplasma species are the smallest bacterial cells yet discovered, can survive without oxygen, and come in various shapes. For example, M. genitalium is flask-shaped (about 300 x 600 nm), while M. pneumoniae is more elongated (about 100 x 1000 nm). Hundreds of mycoplasmas infect animals
